Yeah I know xanga is pretty much dead but I thought I'd post this any way.  I saw the new Spiderman movie last Friday and it was pretty sweet, actually it was amaxing.  I was really impressed with what seemed to be a strong Christian allegory.  He was struggling with a monster of sin, which, though it felt good, was overtaking him.  And where was he when he got rid of it?  In the church, right underneath the Cross on the steeple.  That struch me as some vivid imagery.  Maybe good things can come out of Hollywood after all.

Check out this take off on the mac vs. pc commercials.  It made me laugh, but who knows what that means.

St. Patty's Day

St. Patrick's Day gave us two of our best gigs yet.  It was so great to see people enjoying our music.  In the words of one fan at Arnold's, "I like you guys 'cause you know it's not just about playing good music, its about drinking beer."  Ah gotta love the Irish.

Update on my life:

Starting Thursday evening I started feeling quite ill, and so naturally I did not go to school on Friday but instead used to the day to sleep, drink plenty of liquids, and get plenty of rest.  I am feeling quite a bit better and hope to be able to return to school on Monday

Other than that, I am still working on becoming an Eagle Scout and I will let you know when that happens. Most importantly St. Patricks Day is coming up!! We've been practicing and sound pretty decent, so I think we are ready. I am particulary excited about performing at Arnolds.
